Three Schools’ Mental Health Award holder Dr Gary Lamph has been recognised with a place on the NIHR Nursing Research Leadership Programme.

Congratulations to Dr Gary Lamph on NIHR Research Leadership Recognition
We are delighted to congratulate Dr Gary Lamph, one of our National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Three Schools’ Mental Health Research Programme Phase 2 Award holders, on his selection for the NIHR Nursing Research Leadership Programme.
The NIHR’s Nursing Research Leadership Programme is designed to support senior nurses and midwives to build research capacity and capability across the NHS.
Based at Keele University Dr Lamph is currently working on, alongside colleague Krysia Canvin, on the E-PRIMED Project (Exploration of Prison Responses In complex eMotional nEeDs), which aims to advance understanding and improve responses to complex emotional needs within prison environments.
