Masterclass Summary: This masterclass aims to provide an overview of the NIHR Mentoring Programme and NIHR Future Focussed Leadership Programme. The session will include: 

• What makes a good mentoring/leadership application  

• Short talk from a recent awardee regarding their experience of the programme and what they got out of it. 

• Overview of the online mentoring and leadership resources (including relevant e-learning short courses, webinars and resources etc) available to everyone 

• Q&A Session
