She will talk about staying strong and setting boundaries, defining yourself and what success means to you, building your teams and establishing your networksThe seminar will end with time for questions and open discussion. 

About the Speaker: Katrina is Professor of Primary Care Research and Head of the Centre for Academic Primary Care at the University of BristolShe is a primary care scientist with expertise in integrating qualitative studies within randomised controlled trials or programme grants. Katrina is passionate about supporting colleagues in academia and recently qualified as a coach.
