The 2016 Emerald and EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Award is a prestigious international annual award which celebrates excellence in research. Abi's doctoral research was selected due to its originality and innovation, high quality data and addressing an issue of importance to health care management with significant implications for theory and practice.
